Principais atividades:

• Be responsible for the Recruitment and Selection process;
• Take charge of all the steps and requirements of the hiring process;
• Recruitment and internal or external selection of candidates according to the position;
• Developement and implementation of Induction Training; • Management of trainees contracts;
• Support managers in the process of engaging employees around vision, strategy, objectives and values to ensure that all employees are clear on their contribution to the overall business objectives;
• Conduct Dismissed interviews.
