Esse <strong>dia \u00e9 das mulheres<\/strong> e n\u00f3s da Curriculum preparamos um levantamento muito interessante a respeito do comportamento das nossas usu\u00e1rias. Como temos a maior base de curr\u00edculos n\u00e3o duplicados da Am\u00e9rica Latina, isso, sem d\u00favida, \u00e9 uma boa refer\u00eancia do mercado de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo nossa pesquisa, <strong>as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.curriculum.com.br\/imprensa\/releases\/i_00_01.asp?materia=4759&amp;ano=2012&amp;mes=3&amp;tipo_link_camada=1\" target=\"_blank\">mulheres s\u00e3o l\u00edderes em buscar emprego utilizando a Internet<\/a><\/strong>. S\u00f3 em 2011, mais de 406 mil pessoas do sexo feminino cadastraram seu curr\u00edculo em nosso site, um n\u00famero 24% maior que o de profissionais do sexo masculino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quanto ao n\u00famero de contrata\u00e7\u00f5es, elas tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o maioria, sendo que <strong>cerca de 100 mil informaram ter conseguido uma oportunidade profissional <\/strong>no ano passado, um n\u00famero 15% maior do que o conquistado pelo sexo masculino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para o presidente da Curriculum, Marcelo Abrileri, as mulheres t\u00eam utilizado melhor as ferramentas online, talvez <strong>por estarem mais abertas e<\/strong> <strong>acreditarem mais nas novas tecnologias<\/strong> e, por isso, elas t\u00eam sido muito beneficiadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A conclus\u00e3o do nosso executivo \u00e9 que, uma vez que <strong>a Internet democratizou o processo de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.curriculum.com.br\/vagas-emprego\" target=\"_blank\">busca \u00e0s vagas<\/a> de trabalho<\/strong>,<strong> <\/strong>quem estiver mais capacitado e quem interagir mais ter\u00e1 mais vantagem, e<strong> <\/strong>as representantes do sexo feminino est\u00e3o na frente nestes quesitos.
