Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead - Adobe EDS (34480)

As a Software Engineer / Tech Lead, you will provide technical leadership, participate in architecture reviews, and support applications within the Digital Marketing portfolio. You will collaborate with global stakeholders in a multicultural environment, requiring strong communication skills and fluent English. What You Will Do: • Provide technical leadership to the software development team responsible for public websites across multiple brands. • Design efficient solutions following platform technologies and standards, non-functional requirements, and Volvo architecture guidelines. • Ensure compliance with IT security guidelines. • Develop and test features, considering quality, cost, and timelines. • Work with systems integration, platform architecture, development languages, tools, and user experience. • Collaborate with Front-end and Back-end Developers, QA, Business Analysts, Architects, Consultants, Leaders, Marketing, Content Editors, and Delivery Managers. • Participate in requirements gathering and systems analysis together with Agile teams. • Follow development and testing standards and best practices. • Perform build, release, and deployment across development, test, and production environments. • Work with Git, branching, and merging. • Support implementations, rollouts, fixes, and enhancements in non-production and production environments. • Provide technical direction, participate in architecture reviews, and support other applications within the Digital Marketing portfolio. Requirements: • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field. • Fluent English for interaction with global teams. • 8+ years of experience with Adobe EDS/AEM. • Strong experience with Adobe EDS or AEM, JavaScript, CSS, SCSS, HTML, jQuery, Node.js, React, and REST APIs. • Solid experience as a Tech Lead and Front-end Developer. • Knowledge of Adobe CJA and OpenSearch. • Experience working with Agile methodologies. • Collaborative, self-driven, analytical, and problem-solving mindset. • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with initiative to propose improvements. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Adobe AEM, Adobe EDS, Adobe Assets, Adobe CJA, and/or Dynamic Media. • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Azure CEP, and SharePoint. • Knowledge of AWS and OpenSearch. • Experience developing solutions for Digital Marketing.
