ScanSource specializes in the distribution of global technology products and services from leading partners such as Microsoft, Dell, HP, Intel, and Lenovo, delivering innovation and support that drive our customers’ digital transformation.  As SourceHub, we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.  We are currently seeking a SAP Business Analyst II to join our Information Technology team, supporting the design, configuration, enhancement, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions across multiple business functions. This professional will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, supporting SAP system configurations, participating in projects and enhancements, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with operational objectives in a global environment.Responsabilidades e atribuições Develop a strong understanding of current business processes ("as-is") and the SAP systems supporting those processes. Maintain proficiency in the configuration, processing, and support of assigned SAP functional modules. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and map them to SAP functionality and system capabilities. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements that support business objectives. Support user adoption of new SAP processes and functionalities through training and guidance. Assist business users in adapting operational procedures to align with system capabilities and best practices. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP system issues while working closely with senior analysts and technical teams when needed. Support project execution and coordinate activities with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate business requirements and system performance. Support ongoing system enhancements, modifications, and optimization efforts from a business perspective. Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding system functionality, business processes, and solution changes. Develop and maintain expertise in assigned SAP business processes and applications.Requisitos e qualificações Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, preferred for interaction with international teams. Experience supporting SAP business processes and functional modules. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and process documentation. Experience participating in system enhancements, projects, implementations, or support activities. Ability to analyze business needs and translate requirements into system solutions. Experience supporting testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Informações adicionais Competitive salary, aligned with current market standards.
