Senior SAP Project Manager

Key Requirements

✅ 8+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in Project Management

✅ Proven experience managing SAP projects

✅ Experience coordinating project plans, timelines, activities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

✅ Strong ability to lead and coordinate global and cross-functional teams

✅ Experience working with international stakeholders in complex corporate environments

✅ Advanced English for meetings and daily interaction with global teams

✅ Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP project activities, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and business objectives.

• Manage project plans, priorities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate global and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project participants.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or blockers, and drive appropriate actions and escalations.

• Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment across international teams.

• Support the successful delivery of SAP-related business and system changes.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience with projects involving SAP MM and SAP SD

⭐ Previous involvement in projects related to tax or fiscal changes

⭐ Experience managing SAP projects within large, global organizations

⭐ Strong experience coordinating geographically distributed teams and stakeholders

 

Important Profile Expectations

⚠️ This is a part-time position with a commitment of 4 hours per day, operating in the Brazil time zone.

⚠️ Advanced English is required, as the Project Manager will interact with international teams and stakeholders.

⚠️ Candidates should be prepared to discuss practical examples of SAP Project Management, global team coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, and project delivery.

⚠️ Experience with SAP MM/SD and tax or fiscal-related initiatives will be considered an important advantage.
