Apply now and join FiberHome Brasil.DWDM | OTN | Optical Transmission | Network O&M | Troubleshooting | NMS/EMS | L2/L3 Support | RMA | Firmware | Network Operations | Technical SupportResponsibilities and AttributionsPrincipais ResponsabilidadesProvide technical support for DWDM/OTN optical transmission networks.Perform troubleshooting and fault isolation for network equipment and services.Analyze alarms and identify hardware, configuration, and software-related issues.Support equipment recovery, configuration restoration, and module/board replacement.Participate in software and firmware upgrades.Support RMA and equipment repair processes.Coordinate technical escalations with internal and external technical teams.Support critical incidents and service restoration activities.Provide remote and on-site technical assistance when required.Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.Requisites and QualificationsPrincipais  Requisitos Degree or technical background in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.Proven hands-on experience with DWDM/OTN optical transmission systems.Experience in network operations and maintenance in a live/production environment.Strong troubleshooting and fault-isolation capabilities.Experience with equipment configuration, alarms, software/firmware, and hardware troubleshooting.Familiarity with NMS/EMS and optical transmission management systems.Ability to work with technical documentation in English.Portuguese proficiency for technical communication.Availability for critical incident support when required.
