Líder Técnico(a)

Will be evaluated by results and impact in the business and not only by deliveries, manage the team / squad developers. Ownership and be responsible for deliveries and deadlines agreed withproduct managers; Plan and provide guidance, motivation and mentoring to the technicalteam; Back-end and front-end programming, including unit testing; Maintain the infrastructure in which our applications run; Search and bring innovative and new alternatives to the company. Refactory legacy systems and modernize our architecture. Manage incidents and maintain the quality of our platform. Requisitos: Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Information Systems (IS), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics; Excellent active listening and communication skills, both written andverbal; Focus on business before anything; Experienced software development / system architecture; Strong intellectual and technical depth technologies such as (but notlimited to) Java, Javascript, Node.JS, Python, AngularJS, React; Knowledge in AWS and Kubernetes / Infrastructure as a code; Experience with Linux and devops techniques (setting up servers, deploy,troubleshooting); Experience with Agile/Lean (Kanban, SCRUM, RUP, XP). Have a solid understanding of relational databases, in particular Postgre SQL; Knowledge in high-scale enterprise architectures (Redis, Memcached,MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Rabbit MQ, Apache Kafka); Plus: Previous startups or e- commerces / marketplaces experience. Relevant experience with Big Data and machine learning.
