Gerente Sênior de Produto; This position is not just about features or software, you will report the outcome of your product launches, discuss how goals and hypotheses were (or not) met and what were the learnings that can be used in next launches; We need entrepreneurial spirited candidates, executors and innovators to be part of our culture; You will be part of a multidisciplinary product squad, working directly with stakeholders, engineers and designers on the development of industry leading web and mobile tools that enable a unique and much more convenient consumer experience across the entire logistics process (ie: pickup, cross- docking process, parcel tracking and delivery); You will work on high-impact projects that affect millions of people's lives; You will respond directly to the Head of Product; You will be responsible for the development of one or more of our products and manage production cycle of a multidisciplinary squad, composed by brilliant. Requisitos: Experience as a strong product owner or a product manager in a saas internet company; Experience in high-growth stage is a plus; You are used to aggressive launch dates; You have relevant experience in prototyping and developing actual digital products; Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Design, alternatively, have demonstrated experience in process management; Be a problem solver, hands on person; Fix hardware problems, software problems; An excellent communicator, from written to verbal skills, you can present your ideas clearly and listen to others carefully; Deliver on time and on budget in a high pressure environment.
