Under direction of the Retail Sales Director and VP of Global Accounts and Shrink Management, this position is responsible for planning, implementing and managing the activities of the global shrink management team members in Latin America. Incumbent possesses ability to influence purchasing decisions of major retail corporations by working with the top levels of their management to establish shrink management as a service programs. With support of the Retail Sales Director, plans and develops key strategies that will enable shrink management to secure new business as well as maintaining the existing revenue. Provides direction and support to sales team to ensure good profitable business. Requisitos: Digital Project Reviews: Evaluates Statements of Work (SOWs) for clarity of all deliverables. Identifies missing or incomplete sections that may impact the delivery and cost of the project. Reviews project timelines based upon Client expectations and review cycles. Reviews project change requests and helps to educate the Client on trade-offs. Draws upon digital project experience to identify risks throughout project duration. Education: College Degree in Sales/Marketing or other related preferred. Experience: accounts sales management preferred. Proven sales ability with high-level corporate contacts. Experience in selling article surveillance tag and label products to retail customers suppliers preferred. Skills: Entrepreneurial attitude, leadership ability and ability to be a team player at all levels. Ability to comprehend and make valid contribution developing a business plan, including sales and marketing strategies. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
