Bus services sales latin america; • Increase Services Sales by supporting each LA market Service Manager, short and long term;
• Develop the future Bus Service sales offer within Latin America reality;
• Create models for Bus in-house customer service offer;
• Strategy for Bus Connected Services offer in Latin America;
• Reference on TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) for Bus customers;
• Leverage Service Sales synergies within Markets and with Trucks organization;
• Consolidate Aftermarket Commercial KPIs;
• To set, implement and follow up goals and activities within the area in line with/according to VBC and BRA main objectives.
Requisitos:
• Strong experience within aftermarket business and creativity for new offers
• Knowledge in Buses product is desirable;
• Sound knowledge of Parts and Service retail operations, processes and systems;
• Knowledge on bus customer operations is desirable
• Knowledge with dealers/private importers network is desirable;
• Ability to communicate effectively with different target groups;
• Cross functional and drive competence
• Sales and marketing driven, performance focused
• Analytic and Business Intelligence competence
• Available to travel;
• Graduation in Business, Engineer or other related fields;
• Fluent in English and Spanish
