Advogado(a) Corporativo - Legal Counsel; • Legal support for the entities of VFS (Bank, Consorcio and Insurance) aiming to comply with all applicable laws and regulations; • Manage legal risks and provide business oriented advice to help leadership to make wise and sustainable decisions; • Constantly make interfaces with regulators, BNDES, external lawfirms and captive banks association; • Draft and manage vendor’s contracts responsible for external services; • Draft Consorcio and Bank Finance Agreements; • Participate in relevant projects for VFS involving either VFS Brazil and other VFS around the globe; • Integrate global policies into the Brazilian business VFS context. Requisitos: • Graduation in Law, mandatory OAB registrer; • Consistent experience in the area, rather in banking regulations; • Knowledge in legal related to the corporate subjects, mainly: Contracts, Collaterals, Labor Law, Corporate Law, Central Bank Regulation, BNDES Rules, Digital Law, Data Protection. Knowledge in Insurance Law is a welcome plus; • Some occasional trips may be required, either in Brazil or abroad; • MS Office advanced (Word, Excel e Power Point); • Fluent in English – Speaking and writing.
