The lead architect works directly with representatives from different domain service orgs to understand the specific requirements that are driving the need for a solution to be designed. Plans and implements the design activities required and is responsible for creating documents related to approvals required during lifecycle; Work with all the domain services to gather as-is documentation related to business processes, application landscape, technical landscape, integration landscape, information and data landscape, security landscape; Review the current state documentation; Lead Solution Architect Work with different domain teams (application, security, information & data, integration, technical, business) to create a high-level future state architecture; Complete activities related to governance gate; Work with different domain teams (application, security, information & data, integration, technical, business) to create detailed end to end future state architecture; Requisitos: Monitor progress on technical testing; Act as a SPOC for any architecture related activities for all 6 domains and also evaluate any new technical solution intake; Be available for All Project Calls and communicate back to PMs. Key Milestone and timelines; Escalate any bottlenecks to Segment EA Leads; Work with the dedicated solution architect to complete domain service orgs to enable and move the project forward end to end; Move into execution and go live setup; Monitor go-live activities and complete deployment to PROD; Complete activities related to project close gate, Coordinating with SI team; Create document related to lessons learnt; Create document related to major architectural changes during the project including any new technology solution that has been implemented.
