Pessoa UX Designer Sênior

We are looking for an UX Designer to lead the design of enterprise digital products in a strategic global project in partnership with our European headquarter. As the design reference for the team, you'll translate complex business workflows into intuitive, efficient and visually consistent interfaces, working closely with developers, product owners and stakeholders across multiple business areas and countries.You'll design experiences for cloud-native applications (AWS) and on-premises solutions (Kubernetes), covering both low-code platforms (Node-RED) and modern web frameworks. The main focus will be corporate management products BI dashboards, monitoring tools, internal portals and operational consoles used by business and IT users across the corporate group. Eventually, you may also support the design of shopfloor solutions used directly by plant operators, requiring sensitivity to industrial contexts. The hiring process for this position will be conducted through VW-TECH, the company is an initiative focused on technology and digital transformation within the Volkswagen ecosystem.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLead UX/UI design for corporate digital products used across business areas and plants in Brazil, Europe and other regions of the corporate group;Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces for web and, occasionally, tablet and shopfloor terminals;Create, evolve and maintain the team's design system to ensure consistency across products and squads;Conduct user research, interviews and usability tests with corporate users (analysts, managers, business areas) and, when needed, with plant operators and supervisors;Translate business requirements and operational workflows into clear user journeys and interaction flows;Collaborate closely with developers (Angular, React, Vue.js, Node-RED, Go) to ensure design fidelity in implementation;Define UI patterns, component libraries and accessibility standards across products;Work with global teams (Brazil, Europe) to align design decisions and product vision.;Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, refining requirements with POs, developers and stakeholders;Define information architecture and data visualization patterns for BI, monitoring and management dashboards;Create interactive prototypes (Figma, ProtoPie) for stakeholder validation and user testing.;Conduct heuristic evaluations and drive continuous UX improvement of existing products;Document design decisions, style guides and interaction patterns;Act as design ambassador and mentor team members on UX best practices;Support handover and alignment with global development teams during transition phases of products;Adapt design approach when supporting shopfloor solutions, considering operator-centric usability and industrial environment constraints.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBachelor's Degree;Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch;Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator);Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js) to enable smooth handoff to developers.;4+ years of professional UX design experience;2+ years designing web/SaaS or enterprise products;Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, design systems and data-rich enterprise interfaces;Proven experience creating and evolving design systems and component libraries;Solid knowledge of UX research methods (interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, heuristic evaluation, persona);Experience designing data visualization, BI and operational dashboards;Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG);Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and continuous delivery;Strong communication skills to defend design decisions with technical and non-technical audiences;Collaborative mindset to work with developers, POs and global teams;Comfort with ambiguity and ability to "start small, deliver value fast and iterate";English advanced.What will make the difference:German Level Upper Intermediate to Advanced;Experience with B2B / enterprise / internal-product design;Experience designing BI tools, analytics dashboards or executive reporting interfaces;Knowledge of design tokens and integration of design systems with frontend frameworks.Informações adicionaisNome do Cargo: UX DesignerLocal de trabalho: Curitiba/PRModelo de trabalho híbrido flexível (3x na semana no escritório 2x na semana em home office)Plataforma de treinamentos online gratuitoPrograma de Saúde e Bem-estarBenefícios:Compra de veículo com descontoGympassEstacionamento no local - gratuitoÔnibus fretadoPPR anualRefeitório no localPlano de SaúdePrevidência PrivadaPlano PecúlioZenklub - plataforma de saúde mental e bem-estar emocional
