Road design quality, review and verification management must be ensured; Coordinate with employer (construction teams – CJV), third parties (Geo-investigation team and utility team mainly) and contractors, to precisely understand needs and ensure alignment and interfacing;Design Team Building (interviews / staff hiring advisor / staffing / workload /performance) and support on project opportunity seeking. Reach out to local engineering resources; Requisites and QualificationsRequirements:Master degree in Civil Engineering, Road Engineering or related area;Over 10 years of road design experiece;Participate in over two (2) design or construction project as a designer, in Sao Paulo preferred;Be familiar with local design approaches and standards, and construction procedures for infrastructure projectBe fluent in both Portuguese and EnglishAcknowledge of main design software / BIM tools.Open to travel (occasionally) to site investigation outside the stateCREA certificate requiredSupervision:The position reports to and works under supervision of the Design Manager, and the Project Manager and Design Manager (CJV). Workplace: Vila Olimpia, Sao Paulo Addtional InformationsBenefits:Competitive compensation and benefits package, aligned with the seniority and responsibilities of the position.
