ScanSource specializes in the distribution of global technology products and services from leading partners such as Microsoft, Dell, HP, Intel, and Lenovo, delivering innovation and support that drive our customers’ digital transformation.  As SourceHub, we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.We are currently seeking a Senior Network Analyst to support and execute the company’s network infrastructure activities, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across the global IT environment.This professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing network systems, as well as supporting incident resolution, maintaining infrastructure components, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure stable, secure, and scalable connectivity across the organization.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesign, plan, and implement scalable Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and secure wireless environments.Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.Monitor network performance, analyze bandwidth usage, and proactively troubleshoot connectivity, latency, or availability issues.Support incident management and provide Level 2/3 technical support related to network and infrastructure environments.Implement and manage security protocols, including firewall configurations, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection solutions.Conduct routine security audits and ensure compliance with organizational standards and cybersecurity best practices.Develop, document, and maintain disaster recovery and backup plans to ensure business continuity.Maintain accurate technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.Collaborate with global IT and infrastructure teams to improve network architecture, scalability, and reliability.Support cloud networking initiatives and hybrid infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure).Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and network security standards.Act as backup support for the network team when required, ensuring continuity of operations.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.Fluent English, with the ability to participate in daily meetings and prepare reports for the U.S. headquarters.3–5+ years of experience in network administration, infrastructure engineering, or related roles.Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and Layer 3 environments.Hands-on experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies.Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including IDS/IPS and endpoint protection.Familiarity with cloud networking models (AWS, Azure) and virtualized environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.Strong documentation and technical writing capabilities.Informações adicionaisEmployment under CLT regime (Brazil).Competitive salary, aligned with current market standards.Meal and/or food allowance (BRL 40.00 per business day).Health insurance plan.Dental insurance plan.TotalPass.Hybrid work model (3 days on-site and 2 days remote).Must reside in Curitiba, PR, or the surrounding metropolitan area.Annual Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), based on performance and goal achievement.Birthday Day Off.Life insurance.
