And we will be very happy if you come to be part of our story.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesYou will be responsible for teaching, preparing content and managing students in school environments following RED HOUSE's pedagogical plan:Deliver engaging lessons aligned with Red House’s pedagogical approach and students’ individual needsMonitor student learning progress and implement strategies to improve engagement and performanceApply differentiated teaching strategies, including support for students with learning challengesSupervise and guide the Teaching Assistant (TA) in classroom routines, adaptations, and student supportEnsure student safety and well-being throughout all school activitiesMaintain clear communication with coordination and families regarding student developmentPrepare lesson plans, student reports, and required academic documentation within deadlinesSupport classroom organization, student portfolios, and learning environment setupCollaborate with the wider teaching team, sharing relevant student information and best practicesParticipate in academic meetings, family conferences, and professional development opportunitiesFollow Red House policies and educational guidelines, ensuring alignment with school standardsRequisitos e qualificaçõesEducation: Degree in PedagogyExperience: Minimum of 5 years of classroom experience;2 years experience as a head teacher of early childhood education (students from 1 to 3 years old);Nursery experience;Classroom management.Languages: Proficiency in EnglishSpecific Technical Knowledge:BilingualismEarly Childhood EducationDesirable Knowledge:IB MethodologyChild DevelopmentSoft Skills and Values:Digital ThinkingCaring ProfileInterpersonal RelationshipsConflict ManagementCreativityInformações adicionaisCampus: Curitiba (Rua Tobias de Macedo Júnior, 1036 - Santo Inácio, Curitiba - PR, 82010-340)Working Hours: 44h
