About the role

Billor is a freight-tech company operating at the intersection of Fintech, Technology, and Freight. Our team manages a complex fleet operation across multiple Distribution Centers, and we are growing fast. We are looking for a Performance & Quality Analyst to reinforce our operations. 

Responsibilities

Manage the quality of our equipment, measuring breakdowns and technically analyzing the possibility of replacements.
Analyze fleet cost and efficiency in terms of maintenance.
Manage asset sale decisions after they reach their maximum useful life, so that they do not burden our operation.
Manage quality standards for the acquisition or leasing of assets, ensuring that we have quality.

• Bachelor's degree, Logistics, Engineer or related field completed).
• Fluent English - written and spoken (mandatory).
• Experience with fleet operations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with fleet or asset management tools is a plus
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Good communication and persuasion.
• Ownership sense.
• Desire to learn.
• KPI's management.
