Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of a new insurance business model.
• Identify market opportunities, new revenue streams, and growth strategies.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships across the Volvo ecosystem.
• Transform data and analytics into innovative insurance products.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with Data, Risk, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Prepare executive presentations and strategic business reviews.
• Translate business, operational, and risk insights into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong experience in business development, strategy, insurance, or financial services.
• Experience building new business models and working in ambiguous environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Experience with data-driven solutions and business analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with partnerships, ecosystems, and cross-functional projects.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
