Especialista em Outsourcing

• Responsible for subcontractor prequalification, partner relationship management, and subcontractor pool development, including identification of potential new partners. • Support outsourcing procurement activities, project bidding processes, project execution, outsourcing purchasing, and cost estimation. • Manage subcontractor implementation activities, ensuring control of planning, costs, quality, and project schedules. • Lead subcontractor agreement negotiations and contract signing processes. • Manage project outsourcing requirements, subcontractor administration, settlement processes, and payment procedures. • Organize subcontractor training programs, skill qualification initiatives, and capability development activities. • Develop, maintain, and update the local outsourcing cost database to support operational and commercial decisions. • Support team knowledge sharing, execute additional assignments requested by management, and ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, regulations, and reporting requirements. • Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent. • 3 years experience in outsourcing of telecommunication area or Engineering management experience, previous working experience in big telecommunication operators is preferred. • Team leader with strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication skill. • Proficient in English and Português. • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (TOTVS Protheus highly desirable). • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (controls, reconciliations, reporting).
