Job Responsibilities
• Oversee business operations across assigned LATAM countries, ensuring alignment with regional sales strategies and business objectives.
• Lead Sales, Dealer Management, Spare Parts, and After Sales operations in designated markets.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability growth.
• Manage dealer/distributor networks, strengthening relationships and expanding market presence.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and sales performance, providing strategic insights to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, customers, and strategic partners.
Job Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• +10 years of experience in equipment sales within:
o Asphalt & Concrete Plants
o Road Construction Equipment
o Heavy Machinery
• Strong experience managing multi-country sales operations across LATAM.
• Proven expertise in dealer/distributor network management and business development.
• Solid knowledge of after-sales service, spare parts, and lifecycle support.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including pricing and contract management.
• Experience with infrastructure projects, contractors, and government agencies in LATAM.
• Data-driven, strategic, and highly adaptable professional profile.
• Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Availability for frequent travel across LATAM.
