Senior Business Controller (31818)

Volvo Group is looking for a Senior Business Controller to support industrial and operational areas, acting as a strategic business partner through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting and performance management. 💼 Main responsibilities: • Support business and operational decisions through financial insights and analysis • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Maintenance teams • Participate in monthly closing, forecasting and variance analysis routines • Support product costing analyses, R&D initiatives and business cases • Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives • Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership and operational teams ✅ Main requirements: • Solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Controlling • Strong knowledge of P&L management, forecasting and financial reporting • Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments is highly valued • Knowledge in product costing and operational finance • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Advanced English 💡 We are looking for a proactive professional with strong business acumen, collaboration skills and the ability to navigate complex environments while building strong relationships across the organization. 📍 Volvo do Brasil | On-site position If you are interested or know someone who fits this opportunity, feel free to reach out!
