Business Controller - Market Company Brazil (31052)

Opportunity to act as a strategic finance partner, supporting decision-making and driving financial performance through planning, analysis, and control. This role works closely with commercial teams, focusing on performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: • Analyze and report financial performance across business areas • Support sales teams with commercial and financial insights • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes • Perform variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual) • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Enhance financial reporting and data visualization • Provide ad hoc analysis to senior leadership Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields • Solid experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance roles • Strong analytical and business acumen • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent English 💡 Nice to have: SAP, BI tools, Power BI
