We are looking for an HR Manager to lead and structure the Human Resources function, ensuring compliance with Brazilian labor laws while acting as a strategic partner to leadership. This role will play a key part in aligning HR practices with business objectives, managing the full employee lifecycle, and supporting the organization’s sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decision-making processes.
• Lead initiatives related to organizational growth and workforce planning.
Recruitment & Talent Management
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process.
• Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
• Develop talent retention and succession planning strategies.
Employee Relations
• Manage employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Conduct disciplinary processes and internal investigations when required.
HR Operations
• Ensure effective payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR systems management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide relevant reports and insights.
Compliance & Labor Law
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and internal policies.
• Partner with legal and leadership teams on labor relations and union matters.
Performance & Development
• Lead performance management and employee evaluation processes.
• Implement training and development programs.
• Support leadership development initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Human Resources, with experience leading people.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT).
• Generalist HR experience, including payroll, benefits, HR systems, and talent management.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with international headquarters.
• Basic conversational Spanish is desirable.
