As part of the AI/R Company, we combine global reach with local talent, delivering innovative solutions to clients across North America, Europe, and Latin America.We're building a new Business Development Representative (BDR) team in Brazil to drive outbound demand generation exclusively for the US market. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence by creating qualified pipeline across strategic business areas, including AI, Generative AI, cloud, AWS, data, application modernization, and IT professional services.This is a high-impact opportunity for results-driven sales professionals who thrive in outbound prospecting. You'll work closely with an experienced international sales team, leverage best-in-class sales tools and processes, and contribute directly to the company's growth in one of our most strategic markets.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLead outbound prospecting into US-market accounts with a focus on generating qualified meetings and sourced pipeline.Execute structured outbound campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/SalesIntel-type platforms, Salesforce, and internal tools workflows.Research target accounts and identify relevant buyer personas across CIO, CTO, Data/AI, Engineering, Product, and Business leadership roles.Use email, LinkedIn, phone, and multi-touch cadences to engage qualified prospects.Make cold calls and follow-up calls as required to support outbound campaign goals.Manage multiple campaigns across priority GTM plays, including AI, cloud, data, AWS, GenAI, and IT professional services.Maintain accurate activity, contact, account, opportunity, and campaign attribution data in Salesforce.Follow workflows and ensure all activity is logged, tracked, and auditable in our internal tools.Partner closely with Account Executives to confirm meeting quality, handoff context, next steps, and opportunity acceptance.Provide feedback on messaging, buyer objections, campaign quality, and account targeting.Maintain consistent outbound volume while ensuring quality, personalization, and ICP alignment.Requisitos e qualificaçõesAvailability to work 3 days a week in-officeFluent professional English, spoken and written — mandatory.Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, ISR, or demand generation representative.Proven success in outbound prospecting into the US market.Prior experience selling or prospecting for IT professional services, consulting, cloud, data, AI, digital transformation, or enterprise technology services — mandatory.Strong understanding of how to engage executive and technical buyer personas.Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.Comfortable with structured sales processes, outbound cadences, activity tracking, and performance accountability.Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.Strong business communication skills and ability to write clear, relevant outbound messaging.Results-driven and motivated by activity, meetings, pipeline creation, and performance-based compensation.Nice to HaveExperience working for a consulting firm, systems integrator, IT services company, or professional services organization.Experience supporting US-based Account Executives or alliance-led sales motions.This is an hybrid position based in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.Informações adicionais
