Assistant Educational Consultant

We are looking for an Assistant Educational Consultant to support our U.S. team in expanding the Árvore Writing solution across American elementary schools. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact with potential school partners, leading prospecting and qualification efforts while also supporting the team's day-to-day operational tasks.Árvore joined forces with SuperAutor, expanding our portfolio and strengthening our impact in literacy education. By combining our expertise in reading with an innovative writing platform, we now offer a more complete literacy journey that develops students' creativity, authorship, and protagonism.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in educational sales and consulting, working closely with an international team and building meaningful partnerships with schools in the U.S.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecute active outbound prospecting cadences targeting elementary schools and partners in the U.S.Reach out to potential partners via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other platforms.Apply qualification criteria defined by the team to identify schools that are a strong fit for our solutionSchedule meetings and support the consultant team in the next steps of the sales process.Keep the CRM updated with accurate information, interactions, and follow-ups.Support day-to-day operational tasks of the U.S. team, ensuring organization and smooth workflow.Participate in training sessions and team alignment meetings.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBachelor's degree completed or currently in progress.English proficiency, with daily communication with the team and partner schools in the United States.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage day-to-day tasks effectively.Comfortable working with goals and performance metrics.Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.Informações adicionaisInformações adicionais:Hybrid work model (On-site Tuesday to Thursday)Availability to travelCompetitive salaryPerformance-based commissionHealth care planDental care planLife insuranceFood allowanceTransportation allowanceHome office allowanceDaycare allowanceBirthday day offPartner-based benefits programsCareer growth opportunities
