About Crown

Crown Digital is a regulated Brazilian VASP building the infrastructure layer for BRL-denominated digital assets. We issue BRLV — a 1:1 BRL payment stablecoin backed by federal Brazilian treasury bonds (LFTs) — and operate the reserve, custody, and settlement infrastructure behind it. Alongside it we run an active FX and stablecoin desk that moves real institutional flow. We're regulated, audited, and building for institutions and fintechs.

We're backed by Paradigm, Framework, Valor, Norte, Coinbase Ventures, Paxos, and Nubank co-founder Ed Wible, with a goal of R$1 trillion of BRLV in circulation within a decade.

Why this role exists

Crown is scaling fast, and the finance and controllership function has to scale with it — a clean monthly close, payments that never slip, reconciliations that always tie out, and reporting the executive team can trust. We're adding an analyst to own the operational backbone: managing our accounting and financial BPOs, running treasury and AP day to day, and turning raw numbers into decision-ready reporting. It's a rare early-career seat — real responsibility from day one, close to the people running the firm — for someone driven to grow into a broader finance role.

What you will own

BPO tracking. Be the day-to-day point of contact for our accounting and financial BPOs. Support the monthly close, taxes, and statutory obligations. Review classifications, reconciliations, and supporting documentation, and help prepare materials for audits and external stakeholders.

Treasury operations. Support daily cash management — payments, transfers, reconciliations, and validation of bank balances. Help maintain relationships with banks, custodians, and financial partners on operational matters.

Accounts payable. Own the full AP cycle: invoice receipt, validation, classification, approval-workflow follow-up, and payments. Process reimbursements, advances, expense reports, and corporate-card reconciliations, and keep organized digital records for every transaction and supporting document.

Reporting & continuous improvement. Support management reports, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses. Suggest process improvements based on what you see on the ground, and support special projects across Finance & Controllership.

What we are looking for

Must-haves

• Around 3 years of total experience — ideally a mix of audit (Big Four or mid-tier) and in-house experience at a tech company or fintech.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with accounting, finance, or audit routines.
• Precise and disciplined. You keep clean records, catch what doesn't tie out, and treat every payment and reconciliation as if it can't be undone — because it often can't.
• Fluent Portuguese and English (reading and communication with global partners).
