- Procuramos um(a) Analista de Departamento Pessoal Pleno generalista, com experiência em todas as rotinas de DP, para atuar de forma estratégica e operacional. O profissional será responsável pelas rotinas de administração de pessoal, garantindo conformidade legal e boas práticas trabalhistas.
- Administrar todas as rotinas de departamento pessoal: admissões, demissões, férias, ponto eletrônico, folha de pagamento, benefícios e encargos;
- Realizar cálculos trabalhistas (rescisões, férias, 13º, horas extras e adicionais);
- Processar e conferir folha de pagamento, encargos sociais (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) e obrigações acessórias (eSocial, FGTS Digital);
- Apoiar no controle e gestão de benefícios corporativos (VT, VR/VA, assistência médica e odontológica); Interface com a corretora de benefícios;
- Garantir o cumprimento da CLT, convenções e acordos coletivos;
- Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e atender solicitações da matriz internacional;
- Apoiar em auditorias internas e externas;
- Prestar atendimento e suporte aos colaboradores.
- Formação superior em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Contabilidade ou áreas afins;
- Experiência consolidada (mínimo 4 anos) em rotinas generalistas de Departamento Pessoal;
- Experiência em implantações de sistemas de folha e ponto eletrônico;
- Vivência prática no sistema Protheus (TOTVS);
- Conhecimento atualizado da CLT e legislação trabalhista/previdenciária;
- Experiência com eSocial e obrigações acessórias;
- Excel intermediário/avançado;

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst with solid generalist experience across all Payroll operations to join our team in both a strategic and operational capacity. This professional will be responsible for managing day-to-day payroll administration, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and best employment practices.
What you’ll do:
- Manage all payroll administration activities, including onboarding, offboarding, vacation administration, time & attendance, payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory obligations.
- Perform payroll-related calculations, including terminations, vacation pay, 13th salary, overtime, and other statutory payments.
- Process and validate payroll, social security contributions (INSS), FGTS, income tax (IRRF), and statutory reporting obligations (eSocial and FGTS Digital).
- Support the administration of corporate benefits, including transportation allowance, meal/food allowance, medical and dental insurance, and liaise with benefits providers/brokers.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws (CLT), collective bargaining agreements, and labor conventions.
- Prepare management reports and respond to requests from the international headquarters.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll and personnel administration matters.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Solid experience (minimum of 4 years) in generalist Payroll/Personnel Administration activities.
- Experience implementing payroll and time & attendance systems.
- Hands-on experience with TOTVS Protheus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation (CLT).
- Experience with eSocial and other statutory reporting obligations.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
We require a candidate who has achieved or is capable of the following:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and consultative mindset to support HR Business Partners on labor and payroll-related matters.
- Knowledge of the TOTVS Protheus system is desirable.
- Intermediate English is desirable.
