A global leader in international logistics is seeking an experienced Senior TechTrade Manager to lead a high-performing team of specialists and oversee the internal execution of strategic solutions for global Key Accounts. In this senior leadership role, you will provide day-to-day leadership for the TechTrade Americas commercial organization, ensuring execution discipline, sales pipeline growth, team development, customer satisfaction, and alignment with the global TechTrade strategy. This position allows the Regional Head to remain focused on strategic customer development, global initiatives, executive relationships, and expansion across the Americas while maintaining operational excellence within the commercial organization.

 

Key Responsibilities Leadership & People Management

● Directly manage, coach and develop the commercial team.

● Conduct regular one-on-one meetings.

● Define individual objectives and monitor performance.

● Build a high-performance sales culture. ● Recruit and onboard future commercial talent.

 

Commercial Execution

● Drive pipeline generation and opportunity management.

● Ensure CRM discipline and forecast accuracy.

● Coordinate RFQs and strategic quotations.

● Increase cross-selling across Air, Ocean, Customs and Contract Logistics.

● Support strategic account growth initiatives.

 

Performance Management Own the regional commercial KPIs including:

● GP Growth

● New Business Forecast Accuracy

● RFQ Win Ratio ● CRM Compliance ● Customer Visits ● Sales Activity Metrics

Cross-functional Coordination Act as the commercial focal point with:

● Operations

● Product Management

● Pricing

● Procurement

● Finance

● Regional Managing Directors

● Global TechTrade organization Customer Support Support strategic implementations and major customer escalations. Ensure service quality throughout onboarding and operational execution.

Desired Qualifications Experience

● 8–10+ years within Freight Forwarding / Logistics.

● Strong Air Freight and Ocean Freight knowledge.

● Experience managing commercial teams.

● Proven success in Business Development.

● Experience with multinational organizations. Skills
