Job title: Supply Chain Delivery Analyst

Working location: Manaus – Full time (on-site work)

Report to: Supply Chain Manager

 

We’re looking for an organized and proactive Supply Chain Delivery Analyst to be the connection between the factories and our customers in Brazil. You will ensure smoothly delivery operations and support client success through timely and efficient execution.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordinating multiple tasks, has strong logistics and supply chain knowledge, has a professional level of English and enjoy participating in a high paced environment.

 

What she/he will do:

-       Convert the production plan into a logistics delivery timeline, considering lead times, delivery windows and transport availability

-       Prepare and align delivery plans to meet customer expectations

-       Manage customer order, invoicing and fulfillment process

-       Coordinate material delivery and resolve shipment issues

-       Monitor the production and shipment execution, ensuring on-time product delivery and proposing adjustments when deviations occur

-       Monitor finish good inventory levels

-       Generate performance reports and KPIs (planned vs. actual, delays, backlog, etc.)

 

Requirements:

-       Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields

-       Solid experience in supply chain and / or logistics

-       Strong communication skills and client-facing experience

-       Fluency in English and Portuguese
