System Integration: Align warehouse operations with production, logistics, and procurement, ensuring seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, and TM.Configuration: Hands-on setup of warehouse structures (storage types, bins, handling units) in embedded or decentralized environments.Automation & RF: Implement RF processes, wave management, labor management, and integrate automation like conveyors or robotics. Project Leadership: Lead workshops, define workstream scopes, coordinate data migration, and support testing/go-live activities.
