We foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance environment where: Ideas are encouraged and innovation is part of our daily mindsetTeams work together across borders, combining global expertise with local insightsWe invest in continuous learning and professional growthResults matter — but how we achieve them matters even more We value professionals who are proactive, curious, and driven to make an impact.Responsibilities and Attributions🚀 What You’ll Do Assist in the monthly accounting close by providing information and support to the team;Maintain up-to-date accounting records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility;Reconcile asset and liability accounts and analyze income statement accounts based on reports from other areas, identifying and correcting inconsistencies;Analyze variances in balance sheets and income statements, investigating discrepancies and assisting other departments in understanding results by explaining reports and detailed variances;Manage cash flow by monitoring fund inflows and outflows;Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations;Control and schedule payments to suppliers, payroll, and other financial obligations;Monitor and forecast the company's financial position, identifying working capital needs;Negotiate with financial institutions to secure better terms for loans, financing, and rates;Issue and manage payment slips, invoices, and other financial documents;Invest available funds, seeking a balance between profitability and security; Requisites and Qualifications🎯 What We’re Looking For Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;Active CRC registration (desirable);Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;Experience in accounting and treasury;Experience with the TOTVS system is a plus;Knowledge of accounting and tax standards and procedures;Advanced English.
