ScanSource specializes in the distribution of global technology products and services from leading partners such as Microsoft, Dell, HP, Intel, and Lenovo, delivering innovation and support that drive our customers’ digital transformation.  As SourceHub, we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.We are seeking a SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST to join our Partner Success team, supporting the processing of sales opportunity registrations and ensuring effective communication between partners and vendors.This professional will be responsible for reviewing and registering sales opportunities with vendors, following vendor-specific processes, ensuring data accuracy, meeting agreed turnaround times, and maintaining up-to-date records in internal systems. This role plays a critical part in protecting revenue, maintaining partner trust, and supporting the efficiency of commercial operations.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProcess deal registrations with vendors while adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times.Review and validate opportunity information, ensuring all required data is accurate and complete prior to submission.Execute deal registration processes through vendor portals or email communications, according to each vendor’s specific requirements.Record and update confirmation details, reference numbers, and related documentation within internal systems.Manage and prioritize registration request queues, maintaining productivity and compliance with established deadlines.Identify discrepancies, missing information, or process conflicts and escalate issues appropriately when necessary.Support the integrity of the sales pipeline by ensuring opportunities are properly documented and tracked.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve deal registration inquiries and deliver an excellent partner experience.Monitor the status of submitted requests and perform follow-ups to ensure timely completion of registrations.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Information Technology, Operations Management, or related fields.Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global corporate environment.Previous experience in administrative operations, sales support, partner operations, order processing, or related functions.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.Highly organized profile, with the ability to follow detailed processes and vendor-specific requirements.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and escalate matters when appropriate.Informações adicionaisCompetitive salary, aligned with current market standards.Meal and/or food allowance (BRL 40.00 per business day).Transportation allowance or free on-site parking.Health insurance plan.Dental insurance plan.TotalPass.Hybrid work model (3 days on-site and 2 days remote).Must reside in Curitiba, PR, or the surrounding metropolitan area.Annual Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), based on performance and goal achievement.Birthday Day Off.Life insurance.
