DESCRIÇÃO

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the LATAM SMB Partnerships program from pipeline generation through revenue impact. This is a senior strategic role, not a coordination role. The role will directly support the strategy of a global company in the Tech Industry. The role requires someone who can operate independently, make judgment calls on partner prioritization, and translate product roadmap into compelling partnership value propositions. The program targets Brazil as the primary market and Mexico. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development & Pipeline Management: - Own the full partnership lifecycle: identify → qualify → negotiate → activate → measure → scale across different ecosystem pillars (Creators, Agencies, Trade Associations, Strategic Brands); - Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified partnership opportunities per quarter; - Lead partner negotiations and develop contract / partnership agreements,, and co-investment frameworks Conduct partner evaluation using framework (strategic fit, revenue potential, execution readiness, measurement feasibility); - Develop partnership business cases with ROI projections, LTV scenarios, and revenue attribution models; - Act as a key point of contact in partner meetings, industry events, and executive presentations; - Begin scoping Creator Economy partnership opportunities; - Map the Creator Commerce ecosystem in Brazil (platforms, agencies, individual creators); - Develop initial partnership frameworks for Creator Economy that mirror SMB Ecosystem playbooks. Strategic Stakeholder Management: - Navigate and align 15+ internal XFN teams; - Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders including Senior Directors and VPs (spokesperson), - ------ Video Product team, Comms team, and Business Education; - Coordinate with Measurement team on measurement architecture for each partnership pillar; - Prepare and present at quarterly business reviews; - Drive alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Product on partnership execution. Program Execution & Activation: - Oversee execution of flagship activations: Flagship partner events and educational programs , high-impact events, strategic activations and partner co-branded initiatives; - Manage agency relationships for content production and event execution; - Drive incentive and partner enablement programs on strategy and optimize redemption funnels across partner channels; - Coordinate Partner community programs: content calendar, engagement programs, and graduation paths; - Manage strategic brand activations including pilot design, financial modeling, and scale planning. Revenue Impact & Measurement: - Own program P&L: track actual vs. planned revenue impact across all partnership pillars; - Work with Data Science teams to design and execute measurement for each initiative; - Prepare regular governance reviews and executive business updates, checkpoint materials with quantified business impact; - Track and report; - Develop weekly program dashboards and monthly executive readouts.

REQUISITOS

  • English: Full professional proficiency (C1/C2) — primary working language for internal communications, leadership presentations, and documentation;
  • Portuguese (PT-BR): Native or fluent — required for all external partner relationships and market execution;
  • Proven track record of closing and managing multi-stakeholder partnerships (not just coordinating them);
  • Experience managing programs with revenue accountability;
  • Strong executive communication: ability to present to VP-level audiences and simplify complex ecosystems into clear strategic narratives;
  • Experience navigating matrixed organizations (15+ cross-functional teams, multiple reporting lines, competing priorities);
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight — high agency and judgment;
  • Based in São Paulo with 2x-3x week at the office.

DESEJÁVEL

  • 10 years+ of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or marketing partnerships roles in digital marketing, ad tech, or platform ecosystems;
  • Spanish proficiency (for future Mexico market expansion and LATAM-wide partner coordination) — highly desired;
  • Prior experience at a leading technology, advertising, commerce, marketing or partnerships (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Mercado Livre, VTEX, Nuvem Shop, Hotmart, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.) in a partnerships or BD capacity;
  • Experience in SMB/small business ecosystems - associations (SEBRAE, ASEM), accelerators, trade bodies, or fintech serving micro-merchants;
  • Familiarity with business messaging, social advertising, and SMB marketing platform ecosystems;
  • Experience with creator economy partnershipsBackground in financial services partnerships or cashback/incentive programs;
  • Understanding of measurement methodologies (PSM, holdouts, DiD, A/B testing) in marketing contexts
  • Knowledge of LGPD (Brazil) data privacy frameworks.
