We are looking for a professional to join an art and collectible design gallery, supporting client experience and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the gallery. More than a customer service role, we are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, an interest in art, design, architecture, and culture, and the ability to interact confidently with a high-end clientele in a sophisticated and inspiring environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, supporting events and exhibitions, assisting with administrative tasks, organizing information and documentation, and serving as a key point of contact in the relationship between the gallery, its clients, and partners.

For this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience in high-end customer service.
- Fluent English (must be comfortable speaking with foreigners/international guests).
- A keen eye for decor, art, organization, and maintaining high standards of excellence.

Employment Type: CLT (Full-time / Permanent)
Schedule: On-site – Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Location: Bela Vista, São Paulo - SP
Salary Range: R$ 3,500.00 - R$ 4,000.00
