Contributes to a community that is inclusive, culturally sensitive and equitable, and in which everyone experiences a strong sense of belonging.Responsabilidades e atribuições LIDADESContributes to planning and execution of the Branding, Communication and Events;Supports the organization of community school wide events, ensuring that they will reflect and promote the school´s purpose, direction, image, pride and spirit.Photography and VideographyTake photos and videos during school events and activities; Accompany and assist with photo and filming sessions involving outsourced agencies to ensure quality and adherence to the school's standards; Edit digital images to enhance their presentation and quality.Graphic DesignDesign and update school-wide materials such as brochures, invitations, certificates, and posters; Ensure all graphic projects align with the school’s branding guidelines.Inventory Management:Control and maintain an organized marketing inventory;Regularly update the stock spreadsheet and ensure accurate tracking of materials;Request and manage the purchase of gifts, marketing, and admissions materials;Receive, organize, and distribute materials as needed;Request and track purchase orders in the system (MXM);Ensure timely procurement of necessary items in accordance with school-wide regulations and policies. Requisitos e qualificaçõesBachelor's degree in Communication (with Advertising skills), Marketing or Administration. Fluent English proficiency, with a strong interest in developing and improving language skills.Minimum: 1-3 years experience ExperiencePrevious experience in marketing and event;Experience in school the same size as EARJ will be a plus.Technical skils:Fluent spoken and written English; will be tested.Ability to create and manage effective campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.Analytical skills to interpret data and performance reports.Google Workspace.Advanced excel---Ensino superior completo em Comunicação (com habilidades em Publicidade), Marketing ou Administração)Inglês fluente, com grande interesse em desenvolvimento e aprimoramento do idioma.1- 3 anos de experiência.ExperiênciaExperiência prévia em marketing e eventos.Experiência em escolas do mesmo porte da EARJ será um diferencial.Conhecimentos TécnicosEm criação de campanhas em plataformas de mídias.Google Workspace.Excel/planilhas em nível avançado.Informações adicionaisIn addition to the legally mandated benefits, such as transportation allowance (vale-transporte), we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees.Our benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance, as well as complimentary breakfast and lunch served on campus.
