Job Function: Technology Product & Platform Management Job Sub Function: Technical Product Management Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil Job Description: Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and outcomes-focused TPO, aligned with the High-Performance Team (HPT) model, to shape and advance Enterprise Procurement Data, Intelligence & Automation (DI&A) products and platform capabilities. This role will define the strategic direction for a portfolio of Procurement DI&A initiatives, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Procurement priorities, business value realization, and long-term capability maturity. The ideal candidate will operate at both the strategic and execution levels to identify opportunities, influence investment decisions, and build scalable digital, data, and AI-enabled capabilities that strengthen the Enterprise Procurement function. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction and evolution of Procurement DI&A products and platform capabilities, translating Enterprise Procurement priorities into a cohesive roadmap aligned to long-term business objectives. Partner with senior stakeholders across Enterprise Procurement to define strategic outcomes, prioritize investments, and drive measurable business value. Establish and mature product operating models, governance, and portfolio management practices that enable scalable and sustainable delivery across Procurement DI&A initiatives. Drive cross-functional alignment across business, data, and technology teams to ensure requirements, architecture, roadmaps, and delivery plans support broader transformation goals. Oversee product roadmaps, backlog priorities, and release planning to balance strategic initiatives, operational needs, and technical modernization. Champion the adoption of advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and AI capabilities, while evaluating emerging technologies and trends to unlock innovation and enterprise value. Own value articulation and business case development for strategic investments, including funding requests, cost optimization opportunities, and total cost of ownership considerations. Lead executive stakeholder reviews, QBRs, and governance discussions to provide visibility into product performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations. Build organizational understanding and adoption of Procurement DI&A capabilities through change leadership, communications, and enablement. Ensure portfolio, compliance, and operational information is maintained across required enterprise systems, and serve as the JJT lead for in-scope SOX applications. Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred. Experience & Skills AI Knowledge and Experience Proven experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance product capabilities, improve user experience, and drive business outcomes. Understanding AI concepts and frameworks, including agentic AI, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into product strategies. Experience integrating AI-driven features into digital products or platforms, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. Ability to collaborate with data science and engineering teams to define AI requirements, evaluate feasibility, and prioritize AI-enabled functionality. Awareness of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. Hands-on experience generating prompts — creating, refining, and measuring prompts to boost workflow efficiency and performance. Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and platforms to meet evolving project needs. Minimum of 8+ years of IT, digital product, data, or analytics-related experience, including leadership across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Proven experience leading digital product strategy and roadmap development, preferably in data, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled environments, with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes and enterprise priorities. Strong understanding of Procurement processes, operating models, and enabling technologies, with experience identifying opportunities to strengthen Enterprise Procurement capabilities through data and digital solutions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, align diverse teams, and drive strategic decisions across a matrixed organization. Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA). Experience with several of the following technologies is strongly recommended: Teradata, PostgreSQL, MS Azure, Databricks, OpenAI’s GPT, Neo4j, Alation, Python, PySpark, and AI-powered BI/data visualization tools (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI). Experience with integration technologies (e.g., Informatica) is a nice-to-have. Demonstrated ability to lead multiple priorities across a complex portfolio while balancing strategic transformation, operational excellence, and delivery outcomes. Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and influencing skills, with a track record of leading through ambiguity and driving alignment across complex enterprise environments.
