About the role
We're looking for a finance professional who is analytical, business-oriented, and able to turn financial data into actionable insights. This person will be responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across the company.
Responsibilities
- Organize the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, performance analyses, and budget variances.
- Develop financial models, projections, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare management reports and executive presentations for leadership.
- Analyze financial results, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Partner with business areas on cost management, budgeting, and performance management.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CMA certification is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, business finance, or a similar role, preferably in trucking or logistics industries.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control principles.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or other relevant software).
- Analytical and results-oriented profile.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting P&L statements.
- Proficiency in English.
