About the role
Billor is a freight-tech company operating at the intersection of Fintech, Technology, and Freight. Our team manages a complex fleet operation across multiple Distribution Centers, and we are growing fast. We are looking for a Trailer Fleet Maintenance Analyst to reinforce our operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the recognition of our fleet Trailers.
- Manage repair time, cost and quality indicators.
- Technical analysis to determine best repairs and best market practices according to need
- Contact and relationship with Third-Party Shops.
- Service order management.
- Ensure good productivity with our in-house repair time in the USA.
- Support in making decisions related to the asset.
- Search for the best prices on parts, labor and practices.
- Bachelor's degree,Mechanical Engineer, Automotive or related field completed.
- Fluent English - written and spoken (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge in automotive maintenance such as: Preventive maintenance, corrective, parts and weld.
- Experience with fleet operations will be an advantage
- Diesel Mechanic Knowledge will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with fleet or asset management tools is a plus
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
