About the role
Billor is a freight-tech company operating at the intersection of Fintech, Technology, and Freight. Our team manages a complex fleet operation across multiple Distribution Centers, and we are growing fast. We are looking for a Trailer Fleet Maintenance Analyst to reinforce our operations. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the recognition of our fleet Trailers.
• Manage repair time, cost and quality indicators.
• Technical analysis to determine best repairs and best market practices according to need
• Contact and relationship with Third-Party Shops.
• Service order management.
• Ensure good productivity with our in-house repair time in the USA.
• Support in making decisions related to the asset.
• Search for the best prices on parts, labor and practices. 
  
  

• Bachelor's degree,Mechanical Engineer, Automotive or related field completed.
• Fluent English - written and spoken (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge in automotive maintenance such as: Preventive maintenance, corrective, parts and weld.
• Experience with fleet operations will be an advantage
• Diesel Mechanic Knowledge will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with fleet or asset management tools is a plus
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Good communication and persuasion.
