About the Company SourceHub operates as a Shared Services Center (SSC) for the ScanSource Group, a U.S.-based multinational company founded in 1992 and headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina. As SourceHub, we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.We are looking for an Inside Sales Analyst to manage and provide operational support for orders and customers in the North American market, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellence in customer service.This professional will be responsible for managing the order and quotation process, supporting international customers and partners, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service experience.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesManage the end-to-end order entry process, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of information.Create, update, and maintain customer quotations within internal systems.Serve as a primary point of contact for international customers, primarily through email communication.Communicate order status, tracking information, and estimated delivery dates (ETA).Identify and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring a positive customer experience.Prioritize and escalate requests as needed to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues.Perform system inquiries and reporting to monitor orders and deliveries (e.g., SAP).Ensure proper process documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.Work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Sales Management, or a related field.Advanced English proficiency (particularly written communication, with good verbal communication skills).At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or commercial operations.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities simultaneously.Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with global teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Required: Outlook and Teams.
