In this role, you will be responsible for managingrelationships with our existing faculty network and identifying new expert practitioners and educators to enrich our course portfolio. You will work at the intersection of talent acquisition, academic coordination, and contract management — playing a vital role in ensuring that EBAC continues to deliver exceptional educational content developed by the best professionals in their fields.This is a full-time, hybrid position based in São Paulo, Brazil, reporting directly to theManaging Director of Product and Service Areas and the Head of Education and Production.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesKey ResponsibilitiesFaculty Relations & Contract Management● Monitor and manage contractual relationships with current faculty members, ensuringtimely initiation and negotiation of contract extensions● Coordinate the updating of existing course materials and support the development ofadditional content within the scope of ongoing faculty collaborations● Manage and align commercial terms for continuing partnerships, ensuring all partiesmeet agreed deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligationsFaculty Recruitment & Onboarding● Source and identify new faculty candidates in the marketplace in accordance withbriefs and priorities established by the Academic team● Conduct preliminary screening interviews and prepare structured shortlists ofqualified candidates for internal review● Organize and facilitate introductory meetings between shortlisted candidates andinstructional designers to define and agree upon the terms of collaboration, includingscope of work, content and filming delivery deadlines, payment procedures, andother contractual aspectsMarket Mapping & Talent Pipeline● Conduct proactive and systematic candidate mapping in the marketplace to supportlarge-scale course development projects● Build and maintain a structured talent pipeline of prospective faculty membersavailable for long-term project engagement● Monitor market trends and faculty availability to anticipate and address futureacademic staffing needsRequisitos e qualificaçõesRequirementsExperience● Experience in recruiting, preferably in roles involving talent sourcing, candidate pipeline management, and stakeholder coordination● Previous experience in recruitment within EdTech companies or universities isconsidered a strong advantageTechnical Skills● Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)● Experience with pipeline and project management tools (Jira or similar ATS/projectmanagement software)● Hands-on experience with recruiting and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Guppy, and other relevant tools● Working knowledge of basic contract formation principles and ability to navigatestandard commercial agreementsSoft Skills & Competencies● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engagecredibly with senior academics and industry professionals● Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsunder tight deadlines● Detail-oriented approach, particularly in relation to commercial terms and contractualdocumentation● Proactive, self-driven mindset with a collaborative approach to teamworkLanguages● Portuguese: Native or fully fluent (required)● English: B2–C1 level (required) — used in internal communications, reporting, andoccasional interaction with international partners and facultyInformações adicionaisWork Format● Employment type: Full-time (CLT or PJ — please confirm preferred contract format)● Work format: Hybrid — in-office presence required several days per week at EBAC'sSão Paulo headquarters, with remote work on remaining days● Meetings: Mandatory attendance at all Academic Department meetings● Reporting: Weekly status reports on all ongoing recruitment and faculty managementprojects, submitted to direct leadershipWhat We Offer● Health and dental insurance (no payroll deduction);Life insurance;Meal vouchers;Wellhub/Gympass;ZenKlub;100% scholarship for employees and 75% discount on EBAC Online courses for family members;Day off;Childcare allowance (for up to 5 years old).
