We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Attorney - Strategic Contracts & International Business to act as a strategic business partner, supporting complex transactions and high-impact projects across the organization.This role will be responsible for leading sophisticated contractual negotiations, advising senior leadership, mitigating legal risks, and contributing to business growth through practical and commercially focused legal solutions.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex national and international agreements, including supply, technology, services, strategic partnerships, commercial transactions, and cross-border arrangements.Provide strategic legal guidance to senior leaders and business stakeholders.Structure legal solutions that balance business objectives with legal and regulatory requirements.Identify, assess, and manage complex contractual, commercial, and regulatory risks.Support and lead legal workstreams in strategic, multidisciplinary, and cross-functional projects.Coordinate negotiations with customers, suppliers, partners, external counsel, and international stakeholders.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, governance standards, and internal policies.Develop and improve contract templates, legal processes, and best practices.Mentor less experienced legal professionals and contribute to team development.Qualifications & ExperienceLaw degree with active Bar admission.Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory).8+ years of experience in contract management and commercial legal support.Strong experience within the automotive industry, manufacturing sector, or similarly complex business environments.Advanced knowledge of Contract Law, Corporate Law, Civil Law, and Commercial Law.Proven experience negotiating complex international agreements.Strong business acumen and ability to influence decision-making.Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to lead strategic and multidisciplinary projects.Ability to thrive in a multicultural and global environment.Easy access to the Jabaquara region in São Paulo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPreferred QualificationsPostgraduate degree or specialization in Corporate Law, Contract Law, Business Law, or related fields.Significant experience with international contracts and foreign legislation.Certifications in contract management, compliance, negotiation, project management, or related disciplines.Experience supporting strategic projects, large-scale transactions, or corporate initiatives.Informações adicionaisWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation packageMedical and dental insuranceMeal and food allowanceLife insurancePrivate pension planLearning and development programsCareer growth opportunitiesHybrid work model
