About the Area DXC Cybersecurity services help clients assess risks and proactively manage all aspects of their security environment, from threat intelligence to compliance. We leverage proven methodologies, intelligent automation, and lead technology partners to deliver security solutions tailored to our clients' specific business needs. Essential Job Functions Support day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations across enterprise environments. Manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes, ensuring timely and accurate access provisioning and de-provisioning. Administer and support authentication services, directory services, and identity lifecycle processes. Execute and support access governance activities, including access certifications, reviews, and compliance controls. Monitor identity operations to ensure service stability, operational effectiveness, and adherence to security policies. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams during platform transitions, service onboarding, and operational changes. Investigate access-related incidents, resolve operational issues, and support audit requests. Maintain accurate documentation, process controls, and reporting related to identity and access governance activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on access controls, operational efficiency, and compliance readiness. Basic Qualifications Proven experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations within large enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes, access provisioning, and de-provisioning activities. Experience with identity platforms such as IAM solutions, SailPoint, directory services, and authentication platforms. Strong understanding of access governance principles, identity lifecycle management, and segregation of duties controls. Experience supporting access reviews, compliance programs, and audit-related activities. Knowledge of directory services, authentication technologies, and enterprise access management processes. Experience working in outsourced, managed services, or hybrid enterprise environments. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and a control-focused mindset. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams. Preferred Qualifications Industry certifications such as ITIL, Security+, SC-900, SC-300, CISSP, or equivalent. Experience supporting identity platform migrations or transformation programs. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to identity governance and access management. Experience with privileged access management (PAM) solutions. Familiarity with automation and workflow orchestration within IAM environments. Understanding of enterprise security operations and risk management practices.
